Specialty Paper for Furniture

Created on 12.02
Paper furniture first appeared in the 1920s. Paper furniture mainly uses paper as its raw material. First, the paper undergoes waterproof processing. Then, it is wound into thin threads by the method of winding yarn. Finally, these "paper threads" are woven into "paper fabric" by a textile machine. When weaving fabric, a crucial step is to incorporate stainless steel wire into the weft to enable it to withstand greater pressure. The "paper and cloth" woven together, after being cut, are matched with frames of different materials, the edges are perfectly trimmed with weaving techniques, and then baked with paint and glued, thus becoming a piece of furniture that is both beautiful and practical.
The materials of paper furniture are derived from special paper fibers. These paper fibers are light in weight, strong in toughness, not afraid of moisture, do not accumulate dirt, and have the advantages of being waterproof, insect-proof, sun-proof, anti-corrosive, anti-mold, and not brittle. The visual impression it gives is rich and colorful, with a smooth and fine touch. It does not fade or crack regardless of high heat or severe cold, humidity or dryness, and is not afraid of various outdoor environments.
Paper chairs have good air permeability. Coupled with the fact that the thermal conductivity of paper is similar to that of wood, they are cool and not stuffy when used in summer. When used in winter, it doesn't feel cold to the body. It can also be used in conjunction with a chair cushion for greater convenience.
Paper furniture comes in a variety of colors and can be matched and combined with different home Spaces to create a myriad of home environments. In addition, for paper furniture, you can frequently change their fabric covers to make them more varied and keep people looking at them anew.
