UV printing utilizes ultraviolet light for drying, with each printing unit equipped with a UV curing device. As UV ink passes through the curing unit, it dries extremely quickly—almost instantaneously—under the activation of photoinitiators. This ensures the ink is fully cured before entering the next printing unit or the collection stage. We can enhance ink coverage on pearlescent paper surfaces by increasing ink volume and reducing ink viscosity. Additionally, ink overprinting employs a “dry-on-dry” layering method, significantly improving overprinting efficiency.
