Newsprint and general publication paper. Typically manufactured with over 80% mechanical wood pulp and less than 20% chemical wood pulp. Variants using sugarcane bagasse pulp or bamboo pulp as primary raw materials also exist. Classified into Grade 1 and Grade 2 based on pulp composition ratios. Grade 1 newsprint features higher technical specifications, offering superior ink absorption and tensile strength, making it suitable for high-speed rotary press printing. Due to the higher lignin content in mechanical wood pulp fibers, the paper tends to yellow and become brittle when exposed to light. Therefore, it is not recommended for printing publications requiring long-term preservation. Finished products are primarily supplied in rolls with widths of 1575, 1562, 787, 781, or 765 millimeters. It can also be cut into single sheets for supply as needed.
