Simultaneously, the paper industry must accurately assess the development trends of the newspaper sector, scientifically and reasonably plan production to ensure newsprint quality, and operate according to market principles by carefully timing and pacing price adjustments to prevent sharp fluctuations. Both paper and newspaper industries should continue adhering to the principle of “rooted domestically, oriented toward the market, based on equality and mutual benefit, committed to long-term cooperation, and pursuing shared development” to foster mutual success.
