Chinese paper enterprises are accelerating compliance and certification has become an export pass

As EU buyers request traceability documentsin advance, domestic paper enterprises are accelerating their compliance. StoraEnso's agate-coated kraft paper and white kraft paper have become scarce andcompliant resources, while Nine Dragons and Liansheng are still promoting thecertification of the control chain. From January to November 2025, China'spaper product exports to Europe reached 1.8 billion US dollars, with ordersfrom compliant enterprises accounting for over 60% and a premium space of 12%.
