Compared with the traditional process, the 6-zone mode reduces the paper thickness loss rate from 15.8% to 12.1%, and the current load of the transmission system is reduced by 22A. Under the same linear pressure, the temperature of the paper sheet in the calendering zone is reduced by 14℃, and the steam consumption is saved by 1.3t/h.
The super calendered paper category achieves a glossiness of 65-75% on both sides by optimizing the configuration of the calendered zone, and the roughness is controlled within the range of ≤1.44μm. After the upgrade of this technology, the paper printability has been expanded to the field of 1200dpi precision printing.
