Unique fiber texture and "cloud pattern" : This is the reason for its name. The long fibers in the pulp (usually the bark of the paper mulberry, the bark of the wild goose, etc.) naturally interweave and pile up during the papermaking process, forming random, three-dimensional and differently deep veins like flowing clouds, dragon scales or mountains. The pattern on each one is unique.
Excellent toughness and strength: Due to the use of long fibers and being hand-made, the fibers are closely combined, making the paper resistant to rubbing and less prone to damage. Even when very thin, it has outstanding tensile strength, making it highly suitable for creations that require folding and pulling.
Semi-transparency and hazy beauty: The paper is thin and has a good semi-transparent effect. When superimposed or pasted, it can create a hazy sense of layering and changes in light and shadow, making it very suitable for light-transmitting applications such as lighting fixtures and window stickers.
Natural texture and gentle touch: Retains the original texture of plant fibers, with a soft and slightly rough hand feel, and a warm natural scent, which is completely different from the smoothness of machine-made paper.
