The whiteness and covering power are enhanced by using all-wood fibers in combination with fillers such as titanium dioxide, and the raw material cost is reduced by compounding titanium dioxide (a titanium dioxide coating with calcium carbonate as the core). After the pulp is formed by the long wire paper machine, surface sizing and six-roll super calendering treatment are carried out, and the final moisture content is controlled within the range of 5% to 7%.
Since the domestic production system achieved technological breakthroughs in the 1990s, it has gradually formed an independent industrial chain. The quantitative accuracy can reach an error range of ±0.5 grams, and the strength index exceeds the international ISO standard by 15%.
