Introduction to Two-side Grey Board

Created on 01.08
Two-side Grey Board is officially known as double gray industrial cardboard. It is an environmentally friendly packaging material made from recycled waste paper. It is divided into single gray, double gray, and all-gray categories. Among them, double-gray board paper has a structure of two gray layers on both sides. This paperboard is produced through standardized processes such as waste paper pulp fermentation, pulping, dehydration, and drying. It has characteristics such as high weight (220-2000g/㎡) and sufficient thickness (0.35-9.0mm). However, due to the composition of waste paper pulp, its physical properties are limited and it cannot come into direct contact with food.
It is widely used in gift packaging boxes, hardcover book covers, advertising boards, etc., in over 30 fields. The standard sizes are 787×1092mm and 889×1194mm, and customization is supported. The production adopts a multi-layer composite process to ensure good stiffness, stable moisture content, and resistance to deformation, and it complies with SGS and other testing standards. Domestic manufacturers such as Shanghai Dongli Paper Industry have an annual output of several thousand tons, and their products cover nearly 50 varieties, forming a market system dominated by mechanism paperboard.
