In response to the new EU regulations, our company's EUDR compliant paper has been officially put into storage

Created on 01.28
In response to the global supply chain transformation brought about by the EU's Forest Emission Regulation (EUDR), our company has recently successfully received and completed the acceptance and warehousing of a batch of printing and packaging paper produced from UPM wood pulp, which meets the strict standards of the EUDR. This marks a milestone in our company's green supply chain construction and international compliance operation, laying a solid foundation for the stability and expansion of the paper market.
The paper that has been warehoused this time is a specially ordered Arctic Snow White Card Paper by our company in collaboration with a large paper mill. Its application scenarios precisely cover the high-end printing and packaging market. The dimensions include both the common Zhi (787mm×1092mm) and Da (889mm×1194mm) sizes. In terms of weight, it mainly features high-quality products of 300g, 350g, and 400g, which are the market's mainstays. The application scenarios include high-end book covers, premium packaging boxes, luxury clothing tags, greeting cards, paper bags, and high-end business printing materials, fully meeting the strict requirements for paper thickness, stiffness, tear resistance, and burst resistance.
It is particularly crucial that our company has completed comprehensive EUDR compliance due diligence on all incoming paper, and is equipped with complete traceability documents. As a mandatory regulation of the European Union that will officially come into effect in 2023, the core objective of EUDR is to ensure that the seven major categories of commodities (including timber and its derivatives such as paper) and their processed products circulating in the EU market are no longer associated with deforestation and forest degradation.
The successful warehousing of compliant paper is a concrete manifestation of our company's transformation of international regulatory requirements into internal management upgrades and supply chain optimization results. It not only provides our downstream customers with ready to use EUDR compliance solutions, greatly reducing their own compliance costs and risks, but also demonstrates to the global market the determination and ability of Chinese manufacturing enterprises to actively adapt to international green trade rules and promote sustainable development of the industrial chain.
