Two-side Offset Paper refers to printing paper, also known as gelatin-coated paper. It is one of the typical paper types used in culture and printing. In business, the commercial name for double-sided gelatin-coated paper (double-sided gelatin-coated printing paper) is abbreviated. It was formerly called Daoling paper/Daikin paper, and in Taiwan, it is also called Móruì paper. However, double-coated paper and Daoling paper still have differences in terms of characteristics and concepts.
Double-coated paper refers to the paper produced during the papermaking process where a coating of glue is applied to both sides of the paper to improve its surface properties. It has low elasticity, uniform absorption of ink, good smoothness, a dense and opaque texture, and strong water resistance. It is mainly used for printing high-quality single-color or color printed materials by flatbed (offset) printing machines or other printing machines. It is suitable for printing single-color or multi-color book covers, text, inserts, posters, maps, promotional posters, color trademarks, and various packaging products.
