Introduction to Matt Art Paper

Silk matte paper is a type of coated paper with a matte finish on the surface. Compared to ordinary coated paper, it has a lower reflective property under sunlight. Although the printed patterns on it have slightly lower color saturation than those on coated paper, they can present a more delicate dot effect and a higher-grade texture. The printed area still retains a moderate degree of reflectivity. In terms of physical properties, silk matte paper is thinner in thickness, has a higher whiteness and ink absorption, and also has greater hardness and resistance to deformation. It is mainly used in color printing scenarios such as high-end picture albums, brand advertising sheets, and art-related printed materials.
