I. Appearance and Texture
High metallic luster: Mirror-like high gloss or soft matte metallic effect, with common colors such as gold, silver, bronze, rainbow, etc.
Strong reflectivity: The reflectivity is much higher than that of ordinary paper, providing a strong visual impact and giving a sense of high-end luxury.
Unique touch: The surface is smooth and fine, with a paper-like texture on the back. It has moderate stiffness, can be folded without cracking.
II. Physical and Processing Properties
Thin and flexible: Weight range 80–350gsm, thickness at the micron level, capable of curling, die-cutting, and embossing.
Printability is well-suited: Supports offset printing, flexographic printing, and digital printing; often requires a white background for pre-press, ensuring pure colors.
Excellent barrier properties: Waterproof, oxygen barrier, light protection, suitable for food / gift packaging, extending shelf life.
III. Durability and Environmental Friendliness
Water and sun resistant: The metal layer enhances moisture resistance, anti-aging properties, and resistance to color fading.
Recyclable: More environmentally friendly than plastic films, and can be recycled and reused.
